Yay!! Thanksgiving break!!! Came straight home and got in 7 miles! Legs were a little lead like, but I maintained a decent pace. Came back and boyfriend was still lifting so I did a trx workout.
3x15 rows,curls,and Y's no rest
3x 15 captain Morgan's, and 1 arm rows no rest
3x 15 T's w/ oblique crunches
3x 10 tucks,pikes,and side side twist
