Well, I was ready to finally have an unlimited time to workout! I planned to do a Spartan workout with Andrew but I felt like doing a brick workout. We plan to do the Spartan Sunday!
Workout was...
4 miles easy at 7:45 incorporated rolling hills
10 mile bike @ 19 mph
4 mile (tempo) 6:48 pace. This was a progressive run starting at 7:00 and working down. I could have held this alot longer but I was happy with what I did. .5 miles easy then back on the bike 10 miles at about 18.5-19 mph. It was conversational ride that's for sure.
Ended up leaving a while after the love of my life and when I returned... He had bought my fav coffee and had a pot made, had hung decor in the kitchen, got veggie sushi and asparagus. He also bought me a framed cork board with all of the past notes I had given him throughout our relationship!! Wow!!!!! I am so blessed and loved! The feeling back to him is very mutual!
