10x 8 reps of rows 45 seconds rest 40 lb.DBS'
10x10 seated shoulder 1 min rest sometimes less 25 lb. DBS'
10x10 lateral raises 45 seconds rest 10 lb. DBS'
10x8 front raises last 3 sets I pushed out 10 45 seconds rest 15 lb.DBS'
5 x 8 dumbbell squats 45 seconds rest 40 lb. DBS'
Focused on form and reps. It went well, I at least felt like I did something:-)
