We all have these days. No matter who you are, how good, young, or old we have the days we force ourselves in the gym. My whole way to the gym I was finding ways to get out of it. The only thing that stuck in the back of my head was the fact I ate so much last night. I do believe I am in need of a rest day in the next few days. Lots of miles and have to stay healthy. Anyways, I did make my way to the gym. Sometimes it's hard leaving at 6:30 am and not getting home again until 7 ish. It's like where is my life?! And I hate being so tired when I finally get to be with my man. But I am blessed enough to have family and boyfriend that support and understand everything I do and how I have to train to reach my goals.
