No Soreness! Wahoo! It is one of the best days of the year...COOKIE BAKE DAY! It is the one day I over indulge on whatever chocolate I want...However, workout comes first...I did an up pace 5 mile run followed by a bicep/shoulder workout session. Hopefully these biceps will be sore:) I felt great on the run and felt strong lifting.
Now it is time to bake away...time with the family is most important! I thank God for them every single day!
