Leadership Evansville training all day! It was a good experienced and I am actually excited to go back next week!
I decided to get in another run, I went to the gym and ran for 45 min 5.75 miles...it was chilly but legs felt pretty good. Hit some hills and no pain! Yay!!! Came back in the gym and did back...
5x15 eagle row short rest
6 pull ups superset with dip position leg raises
3x10 rows with 35lb kb superset with reverse crunches
4x12 cable pull downs
Ab circuit on bosu ball
I can tell mileage is up because I'm more tired and more hungry!!:-)
