Functional workout with the fam. We killed it. This was kind of my day off...no cardio...although this was a cardio based workout:)lots of fun. So proud of my mom! She is sticking to it and killing it. She just workout with a semi pro football player and a crazy maniac workout woman, hehe. Great family bonding time!

Walk outs
Push ups
Lunges
Bag circuit/burpees/ jumping jacks (1 min of each)x2
15 arnold pressx3 w squat
1 min plank rows
1 min swings
1 min Standing lunges
1 min dips
1 min Side lunges
15 squat w/ curlsx3
1 min plank
1 min TM push up
1 min Wall sit
1 min Up downs
1 min Rows (1 min each arm)
15 stiff leg dead lifts x 3
Trx rows/ bosu side crunches/burnout on bag
Trx T/bosu sit ups/decline push ups
Trx 1 arm rows/bosu front back side side push up/squat curl press
This was done in a circuit 1 minute at each station.
