Friday!!!
I wasn't feeling well last night, so I slept in. Felt pretty bad at school today too. I still went to workout. Here it goes:
5 minutes on spin bike
6.3 on the treadmill...
1 mile 7:47 mile 2 7:40 mile 3 7:35 mile 4 7:29 mile 4.5 7:19 from 4.5 on I was sub 7. For the last 12 minutes I cut back every minute. I got down pretty low 6 pace. I felt so relaxed. I want to just bang out some killer workouts but I know speed work and hill work are not good for my foot. I felt it a little around mile 3 but it wasn't sharp and sometimes I feel I may be being too paranoid. No real soreness after. I got in 6.3 in 46 minutesz.
Then hit my leg exercises:
5x15 prone leg curls
5x20 leg ext.
3x15 1 leg squats
Had to cut it short because I had places to be. Zuki and icemans game with my love and friends!!
Tomorrow...
Functional with the mother and hopefully some form of cardio. Focusing on arms tomorrow because legs are shot!
