I biked 100 miles this weekend!!
My alarm was my boyfriend this morning. Had breakfast with my family and hung out. Then went to church. Went to Andrews and then we went to his sisters for her birthday. I then went to workout. I did 30 miles at 18 mph. Just couldn't get going very fast today. After that, I did prone leg curls superset with dumbbell deadlifts x4 25 reps each. Leg ext 4x25!reps with 15 seconds rest. 4x25 abductor/ adductor 15 seconds rest. Then cooked dinner with my man and then went grocery shopping. Whoa! Got home at 9 and had a little time to relax together before bed. Pretty happy about the 100 miles:-) but boy I'm tired and hungry!
