Decided to do a long cycling session tonight. I did it on the indoor bike, not the spin bike. I watched TV to help with boredom. I struggled with fatigue. I barely made it to the gym, my body is so tired. I decided to get in a decent paced 30 mile ride. I did just that. I average 19 mph for 30 miles!
Foot=sore...I really think its the functional training when I do lunges, jumps, pushups and anything with a flexed toe. I also didn't take ibuprofen. I don't think I am ready to come off of it yet.
Andrew and I stopped at Walmart to pick up some food and head to John and Jana's for supper. Yummy:-)
Run tomorrow? I hope so!
