I FINALLY got in the pool! I am so proud of myself. I haven't swam indoors since May. And to be honest I could probably count on my fingers the number of swimming training sessions I had in 2011. Not a good sign of a triathlete huh? Well, I did it. I did 1 hour without stopping. Kept a relaxed pace and just got the feel of my stroke again which isn't that great. :-) afterwards, I did some light legs.
5x20 leg extensions with 20 seconds rest
5x20 pronged leg curls with 30 seconds rest
5x20 stiffed legged deadlifts
5x20 adductor
3x20 abductor
3x15 squats
I'm very proud of you too!! You always meet a challenge with all you are, and that's a lot!!
